La tención por parte del personal fue excelente. La habitación, impecable; estaba limpia, al igual que el baño. El cuarto tenía neverita, aire, ventilador, TV (cable, Netflix, YouTube, etc.). El desayuno muy rico. La piscina es hermosa, bien cuidada, la disfrutamos mucho porque estuvimos solos. Posee estacionamiento cerrado. A unos metros está el supermercado Iberia y a unos 20 min está la playa. El sr. Carlos fue muy amable y super flexible. Pensábamos quedarnos solo una noche y al final fueron dos. Volveremos!!!

Este hotel tiene un servicio de primera, el personal es muy servicial y muy humano. Las habitaciones son super higienicas y cómodas para el precio que estás pagando. Vale la pena hospedarse en este sitio. Tienen parqueo vigilado disponible, un pequeño restaurante, piscina y las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado. Excelente lugar

Ok for the price

Great little budget friendly and quiet hotel if you're looking to get away from the tourist traps and resorts. It got renovated in the last year and staff is super nice and helpful and the rooms are simple, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is included and there's free Wifi. Although it is not located close to a beach (about 10min away by car), rides can be arranged. There's a supermarket just down the road (2min walk) and we had a big fridge in our room to store food and water. The restaurant has a fantastic stone oven and Enrico made the best Italian thin crust pizzas you can imagine. Mouthwatering! There's also a nice quiet pool area with lounge chairs and it's easy to hang out there with a good book. A spa and gym are right next door and you get discounts there when you stay at the hotel. Both are state of the art (Swiss owned) and offer a plethora of treatments and workouts. Highly recommend visiting both, we used the gym several times in the morning. The airport is about 15min away by car and rental cars can be arranged as well, you don't even have to leave the hotel. Will definitely stay there again!

Had a late check-in. Arrived at the Hotel Primaveral after traveling for 4hrs only to find out my room reservation through Expedia was not honored and no rooms were available. The hotel was over sold. After arriving at Hotel Primaveral I found one staff member lying on a lobby sofa sleeping and the front desk clerk had to be woken up. Hotel says no Expedia reservation existed although I had Expedia confirmation. Apparently there is a system problem between the Expedia reservation system and Hotel Primaveral. Overall very rough neighborhood. Security guard walks around carrying a loaded shotgun. Needless to say I will not be back.
