“While enjoying my trip, I injured my ankle. It was swollen and had a knot. I was either crawling or hopping on my good foot in my hotel room. I called the hotel and Gabriel came upstairs to help. Gabriel was a true blessing. He took great care of me. He wrapped my ankle up & went to get me ice. Hours later, he came back to check on me. He wrapped my ankle again. I felt confident in getting back to my trip and having fun. In a few hours, I was walking comfortably. The morning of my checkout, Gabriel came up once more to wrap my ankle & even offered to get me a cab when I leave. The customer service Gabriel displayed was impeccable. When I come back to Puerto Rico, I will always stay at Royal Sonesta because I feel safe and well taken care of. Thank you, Gabriel!”

“The staff is friendly, courteous, helpful and very accommodating from the front door all the way down to the beach. Very nice rooms with updated bathrooms; ours had a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. Restaurants were a step above what we remembered from 10 years ago. However, it appears that the sushi restaurant is not in operation at this time.”
