“Obnoxious and arrogant hotel manager: (1) refused to drop the charge of $166.44 for a stay that never occurred.I had forgotten to cancel reservation; this miserable individual was unwilling to make an allowance for that; (2) ignored my voicemail and e-mails about the charge. Do not give this miserable place any business.”
