“The location is great if you like some nightlife and bars/restaurants, but it's still not too noisy. The customer service was exceptional. It's maybe a tiny bit dated but still very clean and well designed. It's a shame the rooftop bar was closed.”

“Por desgracia no hemos podido disfrutar de la estancia en el hotel. Nos hemos quedado tirados con el coche a medio camino de Lisboa, hemos avisado al hotel de la situación en la que nos encontrábamos. Seria deseable que el hotel ante situaciones de fuerza mayor, tuviese hacia el cliente, otra forma de actuar, no devolver la reserva de la habitación dice mucho del hotel. Desde luego no son las formas para fidelizar a nadie. Un poco de empatía, señores, que ganar dinero por una noche, pierde muchas otras noches y futuros clientes. Un saludo.”
