READ BEFORE STAYING All the reviews and price looked great at first. The morning person Sara was awesome honestly but the room was not what we were expecting. The bathroom door was being held up with zip ties 🤨 Not sure where someone found that to be safe but the door was very heavy and hard to move so had it broke it could injure someone heavily. Next our lamp on the bed was broken and dangling and again, a hazard considering there was exposed wire. Also, our bed was broken. It did not sit right on the “frame” that was broken and just leaning against the wall. We also did not have a privacy latch over our door because that was also broken and missing. To top it off, when we called the front desk (during the evening shift) to get 2 extra pillows because the ones we were given were completely flattened out, the night crew stated, “each room has extras pillows that are located under the bed in the drawers.” After playing with drawers on a broken bed for 5 minutes, no pillows were to be found. I call the desk again and explain how the extras for the room are not there, can we get 2 extra? Her response, “Well the ones that are extra for that room are supposed to be there. So if they aren’t im sure we don’t have extra. But I’ll go check and call you back but I’m sure we don’t have any.” Never received a call back nor the extra pillows meant for the room originally. Icing on the cake for this stay was the fact that the heating chandelier in the entry way was going during our entire stay, in 80 degree weather. So every time you walked in or out if felt like a sauna. Needless to say, next time we will spring the extra $70 and stay on the Michigan mile (20 minute walk from Found hotel) and have a much better room.

O quarto era de tamanho modesto, mas suficiente para as minhas necessidades. O chuveiro foi um destaque da minha estadia. Ele forneceu grande pressão de água e espaço. A equipe foi muito simpática e profissional. Eles foram capazes de responder a todas as minhas perguntas e até mesmo fornecer orientações úteis durante a minha estadia.Vale ressaltar que o quarto em que fiquei era um pouco mais barulhento do que eu esperava. Eu podia ouvir as pessoas passando no corredor e as pessoas em outras salas quando tossiam ou riam. O ruído não foi um problema para mim, mas pode ser problemático para quem tem sono leve.Gostaria de ficar aqui novamente devido à localização e taxas. Eu até recomendaria este local para quem pode lidar com um pouco de barulho durante a noite e não espera um quarto grande durante a sua estadia.

Reception was helpful and offered suggestions for food and drink directly connected to the hotel. The location was unbeatable, we loved being able to walk wherever we were wanting to go. The room was the biggest disappointment.Be aware that they are very small rooms (as noted in the room description, but I feel it's worth mentioning to someone deciding to stay or not). My partner and I were unable to sleep as the bed was so uncomfortable and only had an exceptionally thin comforter and sheet. There was another blanket provided but it was also fairly thin and of low quality. My partner felt he could hear water sounds from other rooms (showers/flushes etc.) Which kept him up as well. The pocket door to the bathroom was broken, as well as a nightstand. We told the front desk and they did offer to move us if we wanted but we chose to stay since it was only a minor inconvenience. We would not return to the Found since sleep was the main point of staying in the hotel.

Found is in a fantastic location. I stayed here for business and was able to get around Chicago easily without a car. I stayed in a private queen room on the third floor. The room was modestly sized but sufficient for my needs. The shower was a highlight of my stay. It provided great water pressure and space. The staff was very friendly and professional. They were able to answer all my questions and even provide helpful guidance during my stay. It is worth pointing out that the room I stayed in was a little louder than I expected. I could hear people walking past in the hall and people in other rooms when they coughed or laughed. The noise was not an issue for me but could prove problematic for a light sleeper. I would stay here again because of the location and rates. I would even recommend this location to anyone who can handle a little noise during the night and does not expect a large room during their stay.

Para começar, este lugar está localizado em um local deslumbrante. Tudo está a uma curta distância ou o metrô fica ao lado. Os quartos são limpos e mantidos muito bem. A equipe é realmente útil. Conseguimos um bom negócio em uma estadia de última hora enquanto visitava os estúdios universais. Família e eu gostamos muito da nossa estadia. F&B foi excelente no restaurante e ao lado da piscina, o quarto era o esperado, a limpeza geral e o design da propriedade eram ótimos. A equipe foi toda positiva e prestativa e gostaríamos de voltar.

Eu acho que este lugar é certamente ótimo para o preço. Ficamos para uma viagem de negócios e era calmo e limpo o suficiente para o que precisávamos. O quarto é bastante pequeno, e principalmente limpo. Adorei a equipe e a decoração. A localização é realmente conveniente, com um Target a menos de uma quadra e muitas opções diferentes de comida nas proximidades.Eu ficaria aqui novamente.

Got a good deal on a last minute stay while visiting universal studios. Family and I enjoyed our stay very much. F&B was excellent at restaurant and poolside, room was as expected, overall cleanliness and design of property was great. Staff was all positive and helpful and we would look forward to returning.

To start with this place is located at a stunning location. Everything is within walking distance or the metro is right next. Rooms are cleaned and maintained very well. The staff is really helpful. They also have kitchens, storage, and everything you can't think of for the price you pay. Great value for money.

I think this place is certainly great for the price. We stayed for a business trip and it was quiet and clean enough for what we needed. The room is quite small, and mostly clean. I loved the staff and the decor. The location is really convenient, with a Target less than a block away and many different options for food nearby. I would stay here again.

Front desk was welcoming and informative. The rooms were clean, the only slight inconvenience was parking but it was not too bad. The room was perfect for a mini weekend getaway. Thank you! I enjoyed my stay. 😊

Es uno de los hostels en los que estuve hospedado durante mí viaje por la costa este de Estados Unidos. La verdad es que me pareció excelente la atención del personal, la habitación que me tocó tenía 4 camas, con un locker para cada uno en donde entraba una mochila o valija pequeña. Los espacios comunes eran la cocina con 2 heladeras con Freezer, un pasillo con sillones y un lavadero abajo que no lo usé pero me dijeron que tenía lavasecarropas. A favor: me dejaron mandar pedidos de Amazon sin problemas. En contra: al lado hay un bar y los fines de semana se escucha bastante el ruido en las habitaciones que están cerca del ascensor, sobretodo en los pisos 1 y 2.

Charming little hotel. My daughter loved that she got her own bunk. The bathroom was very lovely. The rooms were small, but all Chicago hotels are unless you want to pay a lot and you arent really in your room much anyway. Loved the option to use a full kitchen and a lounge. The decor was amazing and the staff beyond helpful and accommodating. Gave us many recommendations and even offered to watch our bags if we needed for a bit after checkout. Those little extra touches are what will have us definitely coming back.

Gran sorpresa la calidad de este hotel. Me alojé en habitación compartida de hasta 4 personas con baño privado. Camas muy cómodas y habitación amplia. No saqué fotos porque es tal cual lo que muestran en la web

Un ambiente divertido, tanto si te hospedas con amigos como con tu familia. Buena atencion, bonito y cuidado.

Un desastre! Nunca lo recomendaría. La atención de todos incluyendo la gerente es muy poco profesional. En ningún lado publican que no aceptan efectivo y cuando me queje me informa que es ilegal. Por lo que te cobran todo a la trajera cuando dice que no te van a cobrar nada. Tenía limpieza diaria, y nunca me hicieron la habitación. Por todo se excusan del "covid". La habitación estaba sucia, le faltaba mantenimiento y es extremadamente ruidosa. Es muy caro por lo que se recibe.

Muy mala experiencia, para empezar en recepción fueron muy mal educados y poco amables, groseros incluso .Las habitaciones no estaban limpias, mal olor y tanto sábanas como toallas estaban usadas y sucias y ante la queja no solucionaron nada.No respetuosos con el equipaje. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.Una gran decepción

Mediocre servicio de limpieza, sabanas con manchas raras, además de un olor muy fuerte a basura. Vomite mas de una vez debido a ese olor, me senti sucio durmiendo alli muy desagradable.

Por donde comenzar, todo mal en este hotel, desdelas fotos de las habitaciones no son lo que te venden en internet, habitaciones super chiquitas, sucias desde hace semanas o hasta meses, rinconesllenos de polvo, el servicio de housekeeping no lo hacen durante toda la estadia que estes ahí, hasta el baño a medias sin terminarlo de "remodelar" con la pintura a medias el techo con un hoyo y solo cubierto por un plástico, una mini ventana donde apenas entra luz, el aire acondicionado super frio, parecía que estaba nevando dentro en todos lados del hotel algo muy incomodo, y todo esto sin contar que la persona de recepción que según es el manager general del lugar, super grosero, poco amigable cerrado de mente para dar algunas alternativa, y extremadamente prepotente, el cual hasta me encaro como si me fuera a golpear y este tipo es la primera cara de este lugar tan malo, que nunca volveré a visitar y en verdad no lo recomiendo para nada.

CUIDADO CON ESTE LUGAR! Me quedé en este Hotel 4 noches en enero. No hubo ningún problema, pero en Abril (SI, TRES MESES DESPUÉS) aparecieron 50 dólares de gasto extra en mi tarjeta. Ni siquiera me avisaron, me di cuenta de casualidad revisando el resumen. Teóricamente cometieron un error con el depósito de seguridad cuando me quedé en el hotel y no se dieron cuenta hasta ahora. Una falta de respeto total. Nunca me había pasado nada similar en un hotel. Presten mucha atención así no les roban su dinero! No lo recomiendo para nada.
