Hotel (na verdade um ex-flat) adequado e confortável para ficar em Miami Beach. Suficiente para acomodação já que o objetivo não é o hotel mas o passeio. Limpo, conservado, lindas vistas da praia e do canal.

Tirando o manobrista que era bacana, o restante era péssimo, o estacionamento é caríssimo 30 dólares por dia, o quarto e a varanda são sujos, e os funcionários falam somente em inglês. Mas o que considero pior Foi a falta de honestidade, pois não me devolveram o dinheiro que passaram em meu cartão de crédito como calção... Não recomendo, fujam desse hotel.

This hotel lies on their website. There is no pool inside (you must go to an hotel across the street). Three guys tried Open my door one nigth. There is no se security guards. The phone at room was unavailable. I' ll never back.

Atención en recepción: regular. Pileta sucia, el telefono de la habitación no funcionaba, corrimos las camas y estaba todo el piso sucio, televisión muy amplia, cocina pequeña muy eficiente, vista preciosa, espejo amplio, baño aceptable sin porta papel higíenico estaba sobre el lavamanos, caja de seguridad sin corriente electrica, es decir, no funcionaba, mesa con 2 sillas muy cómodas y balcón amplio. ACTUALIZACIÓN:DESAYUNO A $10 POR PERSONA UNA ESTAFA. DICEN QUE ES CONTINENTAL Y NO TIENE: FRUTA, FIAMBRES, TÉ, OPCIÓN CELÍACA Y NI SIQUIERA AGUA. ATENCIÓN DE LA CHICA DEL DESAYUNO PÉSIMA, A MI HIJA SE LE CAYÓ UNA CHOCOLATADA Y LA SEÑORA LE DIJO "DIOS MÍO" Y LO LIMPIÓ 20 MINUTOS DESPUÉS. MIENTRAS ANTES DE ESO ESTABA VIENDO UN VIDEO, EN SU HORA DE TRABAJO. Cero recomendable la opción "desayuno". Una completa estafa de parte del hotel. Saludos cordial

Esta bien remodelado. pero como no cumple con la legislación para abrir nuevamente como hotel usan Airbnb para capturar clientes dicie do que es un condominio. que al llegar deben pagar tasa y servicios como un hotel.

They did not inform us of NO HOUSEKEEPING service. There was a cold front and there wasn't any heater is in the room - the AC unit did not work. the maintenance man, who was sent to help us, didn't speak English and gave lied about the air conditioning and heater being controlled by water. This is very hilarious since we came to discover that it was a complete lie. The bathroom toilet was leaking as well. I would not recommend staying at this place. Horrible customer service as well, very typical of Miami and Miami Beach in general.

I loved my stay here. My only thing is parking was advertised as free and in Miami that’s not something to mistake lol. Parking isn’t free but is $20 a day which is cheaper than most hotels in the area. Got a water view room that was amazing !

The resort is nice. Not the greatest, but you get what you paid for and I'm not mad at all. I really wish the resort was easier to identify amongst other buildings as well as the entrance to the resort. The parking situation is not ideal. Not a whole lot of spots. The room was nice. It had a small kitchen and a dining area. Bonus, the top level has 2 great sitting/relaxing areas.There is no bartender but you can bring your own booze and act like your own bartender lol The water pressure in the shower is the worst!!! Were they trying to make a shower or sprinkling system??

Las habitaciones son básicas, cumplen hasta ahí, de noche sería bueno tener alguna luz extra, como para leer, muy bueno el servicio de limpieza y destacó la atención de los empleados. La ubicación es muy buena, a dos cuadras de la playa!

Buenas habitaciones. Mucha limpieza. Excelente trato personal. Tienen otro hotel de la misma cadena en la playa del que puedes hacer uso de su piscina y del acceso a la playa y con restaurante. Se llama casablanca. Las habitaciones tienen un pequeño ofice con microondas y nevera con cubiertos. Vistas al canal con una amplia terraza. Las camas son muy grandes y buenos colchones. Muy silencioso para un óptimo descanso.

Although fairly clean, it was nor well maintained. On a cool night the heat didn't work at all and they didn't offer a room change at all. Definitely understaffed, had to pay $30 a day for valet parking and on 2 evenings I had to park myself because no valet was on duty.When I asked for my $60 back, they simply refused. If I'm being charged $30 a day, why should i park my own car? The ice machines were only on two floors, and one of them was in a closet that was so full of lawn furniture that you have to walk in sideways to get to the ice machine. Upon checkout, when I made mention of the lack of heat, the desk clerk insisted that there was no heat to be repaired. I informed him that I saw the furnace/AC in the closet with my own eyes, (while their maintenance guy tried to fix it) yet he still insisted that it did not exist. This place is in a decent location but is poorly staffed, poorly maintained and pretty run down.

Low rates, so keep your expectations low. The place isn't fancy and it is a couple of blocks from the beach. It is partnered with the Casablanca hotel, so you have access to the beach and amenities of Casablanca, which is nicer. It is centric, and close to many restaurants, so it is convenient. The people in charge are nice and the area is also nice. Not fancy but at least you're not paying an arm and a leg. The pool has warm water and is clean, but simple.

Stayed here in 2017, Wonderful beautique hotel on the canal, 2 blocks from the ocean, centrally located makes it convenient for the trolley & bus.Rooms we clean, upgraded, staff was accommodating. View was breathtaking. Would definitely recommend it.2018 Stayed at sister hotel (Casablanca) on the ocean front & definitely like this one better.
