“Hotel com excelente localização e bons quartos. Cama enorme e super confortável, banheiro amplo com ótimo chuveiro. Funcionários do hotel muito atenciosos, porém os que levam as malas aos quartos praticamente exigem gorjeta dos hóspedes e não aceitam qualquer valor.”

“We showed up to check in and the hotel is closed. The site I booked through claims they did not receive any notice so we didn’t either. I usually can’t get time off so I paid extra to make sure we were blown away by our nice vacation. Instead I was blown away by Sofitel’s lack of professionalism. Definitely not expected from a hotel of this caliber.”
