“It all honesty a 2.5 stars is needed. The hotel's location is great and the general size of the room was fine. I appreciate them taking care to remove the feathered pillows and covers. The staff for breakfast were pleasant. However, the cleanliness was a little less than in our room and the furniture/tub are definitely dated entities. And the temperature control was horrible. There is no reason it should still be uncomfortably hot and the thermostat was set on 60. It was so hard to sleep or to stay in the room.”

“It was a nice place to stay. The rooms were very big and spacious, and the breakfast had very healthy foods. The bathroom had a shower which was a bit tricky to use, but the rest of it was very nice.
The service was great and the waiters were very attentive and patient. The location is also nice, with nice places around and the river walk is close too.
I would say the thing I missed was having more bathrooms-we only had one for 6 people, and having more variety of food during breakfast. Otherwise, excellent quality!”
