“Minha estadia foi ótima. Eles foram muito confortáveis. A localização é próxima da linha verde e vermelha. Café da manhã gratuito até as 10h. Pessoal é muito útil. A única coisa que não era ótima era minha cadeira. Mas só usei por um dia. Definitivamente recomendo.P.S. O seu cc exige uma retenção de 75 dólares por dia. Basta ter isso em mente antes de fazer a reserva.”

“Overall was a pretty good hotel. Had lovely views of downtown Chicago and the included breakfast bar was great. The one thing that completely ruined my experience was that I lost a shirt at the hotel. I got the shirt during my stay with FBLA, and I need it back for the new school year. I contacted the front desk a few times and also submitted a lost item report. After almost 20 days, I still haven't received any information on the status of my shirt, and was always met with a voicemail when transferred to housekeeping on the phone. Great hotel, just disappointed.”
