“While the hotel staff were generally friendly/helpful and the hotel is conveniently located to the convention center, on the third and final night a live cockroach was discovered in the room. When I notified the front desk, the attendant did not seem surprised, reached for the phone but then asked if I wanted a different room. It felt like nothing was going to be done about the cockroach in that room… I could barely sleep that night despite being in a different room. Will never stay at these again.”
