Lindo hotel inaugurado recentemente. A piscina é linda. A equipe pode falar vários idiomas e responder a todas as solicitações.Eles ajudaram a fazer reservas para jantar em um restaurante muito popular.Eles também atualizaram nosso quarto, que é bem apreciado com uma garrafa de champanhe.Dei uma estrela -1 porque o telefone não funcionava, o que tentaram consertar, mas não conseguiram. Também o banheiro sob as luzes caiu no nosso último dia.Recomendaria pelo menos visitar o bar do lobby - é ótimo. Ficaria aqui novamente

Beautiful hotel that recently opened. The pool is beautiful. The staff can speak multiple languages and are responsive to all requests. They helped make dinner reservations for a very popular restaurant. They also upgraded our room, which is well appreciated with a bottle of champagne. I gave a -1 star because the telephone didn’t work, which they tried to fix but could not. Also the bathroom under lights fell on our last day. Would recommend to at least visit the lobby bar- it’s great. Would stay here again

One of the best hotel stays I have ever had. The hotel lobby is stunning and modern. The service was top tier and extremely nice. The rooms were so cool with gorgeous bathrooms and extremely clean.If you stay here, I would def eat at the Mexican restaurant at least once either for breakfast or dinner (we had breakfast and loved it) and make sure to use all the cool extras they provide like the rooftop pool and punch room. We never ever had to wait or reserve stuff in advance.If your someone who is out all day and night from your hotel, then maybe this isn’t the one for you as it’s a high price point. My only complaint is room service is slightly inconvenient. I think twice my bf and I were just chilling in our room napping or relaxing and room service/cleaning came by trying to clean the room even though we clearly were in there so it was a bit awkward to have to answer the door and let them know we were staying there. But other than that, 10/10 experience

Oferece as melhores comodidades no centro de Madrid.Fiquei extremamente impressionado com a equipe do hotel. Os funcionários do hotel são educados, respeitosos, mas também deixam espaço pessoal suficiente. Você pode dizer que eles estão orgulhosos de trabalhar neste hotel.Encontrei um pequeno problema ao me hospedar no hotel. Geralmente é um teste do serviço do hotel quando surge um problema. Todos os envolvidos levaram isso muito a sério e realmente se esforçaram para garantir que o problema fosse resolvido e me fizeram sentir bem-vindo.Acho que não posso ficar em nenhum outro lugar em Madri depois dessa experiência.

El hotel está increíble. En cuanto a atención y todo lo que ofrece dentro.Deberían resolver un poco el tema del transporte que es el único tema que veo que tiene deficiencias, porque para que llegue un taxi-Uber puede tardar 15-20 min. Se que no es su culpa, pero capaz pueden contratar dos taxis que estén cerca todo el tiempo.El mejor hotel de Madrid en cuanto a instalaciones, servicios que ofrecen y servicio del personal.Fantástico

I don’t always leave comments unless the service is exceptionally good or bad. Fortunately this case is the formal. The hotel is beautifully designed and conveniently located. It provides the top notch amenities in the center of Madrid. I was extremely impressed by the hotel staff. The hotel employees are polite, respectful but also leave you sufficient personal space. You can tell they are proud to work in this hotel. I encountered a minor issue when staying at the hotel. It’s usually a test of hotel’s service when an issue arises. Everyone involved took it very seriously and really went out of their way to make sure the issue was solved and made me feel welcomed. I don’t think I can stay anywhere else in Madrid after this experience.

Tivemos uma estadia incrível e apreciamos toda a experiência em Madrid. Todos foram tão gentis e atenciosos. Os quartos e o hotel são lindos e com uma ótima localização! Indigo na recepção foi tão acolhedora e nos mostrou ótimos lugares para visitar, ele disse olá para nós cada vez que ele nos viu usando nosso nome que era tão bom. Joaquin, o concierge também foi super agradável e fez reservas para nós. Oroya é lindo com ótimos coquetéis e comida. O nosso servidor Antonio foi experiente e útil enquanto come lá. O barman Victor foi tão agradável para conversar e recomendou ótimas bebidas no bar da cobertura. Todo mundo foi incrível. Definitivamente voltarei a este local no futuro!

We had an amazing stay and enjoyed the entire experience while in Madrid. Everyone was so kind and attentive. The rooms and hotel are beyond beautiful with a great location! Indigo at the front desk was so welcoming and showed us great spots to visit, he said hello to us each time he saw us by using our name which was so nice. Joaquin, the concierge was also super pleasant and made reservations for us. Oroya is beautiful with great cocktails and food. Our server Antonio was knowledgeable and helpful while eating there. The bartender Victor was so enjoyable to talk to and recommended great drinks at the bar on the rooftop. Everyone was amazing. Will definitely come back to this location in the future!

5 estrelas ao redor. Visitei de Nova York e tive uma estadia maravilhosa no The Madrid EDITION. Serviço muito amigável, decoração moderna com personalidade, bela piscina na cobertura (incluindo uma excelente vista do pôr-do-sol), ótimo spa e belos quartos. E um ótimo DJ no lobby! Obrigado a todos os funcionários simpáticos. Nós voltaremos.

Este hotel é incrível! Grandes vibrações em todo o hotel. Desde o DJ tocando música incrível no lounge, até a piscina na cobertura e a área gramada relaxante. Estuve paseando por Madrid como cualquier día y me encontré con este nuevo hotel y he de decir que superó las expectativas. La atención fue un 10/10 y en especial Adrián que nos acompañó y nos explicó toda la historia del hotel lo que consiguió aumentar la experiencia. Muy recomendable.

5 stars all around. Visited from New York and had a wonderful stay at The Madrid EDITION. Very friendly service, modern decor with character, beautiful rooftop pool (including a great sunset view), great spa, and beautiful rooms. And a great DJ in the lobby! Thanks to all the friendly employees. We'll be back.

This hotel is amazing! Great vibes throughout the entire hotel. From the DJ playing awesome music in the lounge, to the rooftop pool and relaxing grassy area. The staff is friendly, helpful and classy. A special thanks to Hana! She is so helpful and happy- a real asset to this incredible hotel! 5 stars all the way.

The most beautiful amazing hotel in Madrid!It was a amazing experience to stay at the Edition Madrid hotel!The staff war perfect, they help you with everything whatever you need! Thank you Charlotte who work by the guest experience. She was very attentive whit the guest!The is only one thing that they should change it’s the breakfast! There is no breakfast buffet only a la carte breakfast.The the experience to stay in the edition Madrid was incredible amazing!It will be a placer to come back!

Sin palabras. Íbamos de paso y nos llamo muchísimo la atención el túnel rojo de entrada, nos metimos sin saber lo que era, y nos hemos encontrado con un precioso restaurante mexicano. El lugar es espectacular, una fuerte apuesta de la cadena Marriot. Sin duda nunca defraudan. La recepción fue increíble, nos invitaron a ver la sala y nos acompañaron a otras estancias del hotel. La estancia general es muy agradable. Restaurante Mexicano en la planta baja y restaurante peruano en la planta más alta donde tome un cóctel perfectisimamente preparado. Muy recomendable.

Al hotel no le falta detalle en la decoración que es moderna a la par que elegante. El trato de todos los empleados fue inmejorable, súper atentos en todo momento. La habitación muy cómoda, amplia y con preciosos detalles en la decoración, también. Los cócteles del lobby bar y el desayuno en el restaurante mexicano increíbles.

Tivemos uma ótima estadia de três noites no novo Madrid Edition. Tenho ficado em vários outros hotéis de edição em todo o mundo em NY, BCN e Londres e este não foi decepção. O hotel abriu nas últimas semanas e tinha um ótimo bar/área do lobby, a decoração foi projetada no típico todo branco. A área do bar / lounge foi especialmente agradável com uma longa mesa de trabalho. Nunca foi muito ocupado enquanto estávamos lá, mas nós gostamos uma vez. O telhado tem uma área de piscina agradável (estava muito frio quando estávamos lá) e um bar ao ar livre. Se o tempo estivesse mais agradável, teríamos adorado dar uma olhada. Nós hospedado em um "loft" que é como sua suíte Junior. A sala é grande, mas um pouco esparsa com um sofá de canto e uma pequena mesa com 2 cadeiras. Grande caminhada no chuveiro (sem banheira) e grande pia única. Achamos a área do banheiro um pouco escura com luzes de LED, mas não havia como iluminá-la, para se preparar.

Had great three night stay at the new Madrid Edition. I have stayed at several other Edition hotels around the world in NY, BCN, and London and this one was no disappointment. The hotel opened in the just in the past few weeks and had a great bar / lobby area the decor was designed in the typical all white. The bar / lounge area was especially pleasing with a long work table. It was never really busy while we were there but we did enjoy it once. The roof has a nice pool area (it was too cold when we were there) and an outdoor bar. If the weather was nicer we would have loved to check it out. We stayed in a "loft" room which is like their Junior suite. The room is large but a little sparse with a sofa in corner and a small table with 2 chairs. Big walk in shower (no tub) and large single sink. We found the bathroom area a little dark with LED lights, but there was no way to brighten it up, to get ready.
