“Terrible hotel. I tbe middle of the pandemic, when people with reservations need i formation, this hotel doesn't answer ema or phone a d has no statement on its website describing its status (open or closed) during the epidemic. Not a hotel I would ever spend my money on - simply uncaring with zero level of service to people with reservations.”

“Excellent food, very clean rooms. Great beach right in front of the hotel (even tho it is not that private, people can walk through the hotel's beach). The animation team was amazing and prepared very fun activities (zumba and games). The only thing I didn't like was the parking personnel (the old dude). He was very rude to us and even engaged in a verbal altercation with one of my girlfriends.”
