Hotel bem organizado e moderno. Bom café da manhã. Conveniência de estacionamento gratuito. As únicas notas negativas são a ausência de mini-bar no quarto e o aquecimento pouco eficiente. Ainda sinto vontade de recomendá-lo para todo o resto 👌🏻

Awesome hospitality & amazing outing experience. The hotel site was about 3.5mins walk to a massive mall where you can get anything you want, just mention then & above all,a very calm environment.I spent 4 nights at this hotel & the reception staff (that I met), were highly professional,very respectful with smiles always on their faces at all times. I wish to state my very special appreciation to; Elisa, Elisabetta & Ilaria...you were wonderful. I really enjoyed my stay & the staff patience in explaining how to move around Rome considering my visitorhood. This I cannot over emphasis. Thank you...Thank you ...Thank you. I will visit again whenever am in Rome.

Mala ubicación, enmedio de la nada. Estás obligado a cenar allí porque no hay nada alrededor, solo un centro comercial y el acceso es difícil sin vehículo. No lo recomiendo

This is a great hotel if you're driving. It has parking and when I booked it, it was a great value for the quality of the rooms. Unfortunately, if you're using public transportation, the nearest bus station is a little bit of walk and highway traffic can get bad. It can take an hour for a taxi to the Vatican. Este é um ótimo hotel se você estiver dirigindo. Tem estacionamento e quando reservei, foi um ótimo valor para a qualidade dos quartos. Infelizmente, se você estiver usando transporte público, a rodoviária mais próxima fica um pouco a pé e o trânsito da rodovia pode ficar ruim. Pode levar uma hora para um táxi para o Vaticano.

Estou neste hotel desde que abriu .. com pesar descubro cada vez mais que a manutenção é feita muito brevemente. O carpete da sala está uma bagunça de manchas estranhas (!) E nas paredes, marcas pretas que um pouco de tinta bastaria para consertá-las. Sendo um hotel de negócios, eu esperava igualmente serviços de negócios (muito básicos, como a esponja para limpar sapatos… ..!) Mas nada. O café da manhã definitivamente melhorou. Por ser um Hilton esperava mais.

Embora a estrutura seja nova, faltam muitos serviços. Os quartos não estão equipados com mini-bar (imagine o verão em Roma e sem geladeira...). Não há kit de cortesia. Nas casas de banho existem dispensadores do tipo Autogrill. Nem mesmo um copo descartável. não me senti nada bem...

Hotel muito limpo e novo O nosso quarto era muito limpo e grande o suficiente. Bons funcionários. Tem um restaurante ao lado do hotel que abre as 19:30 e é muito bom e faz pratos deliciosos Há também um centro comercial perto do hotel Você também pode ir a pé. 'GrandRoma' com muitas lojas

Definitivamente este hotel es para los lugareños o para personas que rentan carro. La ubicación es muy lejos, aproximadamente media hora de los lugares turisticos en Roma y el transporte sale muy costoso. El hotel.es nuevo y muy bonito, limpio también,el desayuno diría yo es muy básico.

Very disappointed with our stay. First time visiting Rome with my husband. Complementary breakfast was bellow standard; eggs were cold like they were just taken out of the freezer, AC in the room didn’t seem to work. Cleaning person doesn’t follow instructions as we put the do not disturb sign on the door and she still went in the room, etc… friendly staff though.

Clean and just regular Hampton. However, very difficult location without car. Moreover, the restaurant next door seems owned by them make someone’s birthday party and made big noise even until 5am.

Very good hotel but you will need a car , nice complementary breakfast with hot dishes, and the best thing is the great stuff of reception and all who work there they make this a very nice hotel. The pool picture is of a restaurant club near the hotel and it’s very good restaurant.

First time in Rome on a Solo Trip: 1. Hotel - price was great! Located on the outskirts of Rome but getting a taxi or Uber was easy and not expensive to go into downtown. Just know it is expensive if you are coming from Fiumicino Airport 50 or 60 euros. The hotel was clean, my room was a great size, and breakfast was your typical continental (eggs, bacon, sausage, cereals, fruits, etc) but filling. 2. Receptionists - they were all amazing and were so helpful during a frustrating time for me! A. The airline lost my luggage so I was at the airport longer than expected. I checked in at like 12am to the hotel and Alessio assisted me in getting food ordered from their local app and small necessities. B. The next morning I could not get in contact with the airlines and the manager Federico and Davide both assisted me in contacting the airline and going through the Italian line because no one was answering the English line. They made it easier for me to relax at the hotel and it was truly appreciated!

Excelente localização fora do centro, pois a área é muito tranquila e não caótica. Há amplo estacionamento gratuito disponível. A sala limpa, equipada com mesa com wifi grátis para quem precisa trabalhar no quarto. Café da manhã melhorado, não fiquei satisfeito em geral. No entanto, eu recomendo este hotel para ocasiões de negócios.

Amazing staff.Really great. Rooms were very adequate for our family of 3- they put an extra bed in room. Typical Hampton Inn.....but...... there is nothing to do around the hotel. A private pool is nearby. I mall probably within a 1/2 mile across busy roads. Overall, a nice hotel with not much around it. Equipe incrível. Muito bom. Os quartos eram muito adequados para a nossa família de 3 - eles colocaram uma cama extra no quarto. Típico Hampton Inn ..... mas ...... não há nada para fazer ao redor do hotel. Uma piscina privada está nas proximidades. Eu shopping provavelmente dentro de uma milha 1/2 em estradas movimentadas. No geral, um bom hotel com não muito em torno dele.

Pésima ubicación, si vienes de vacaciones fuera de Italia y todo el turismo esta en el centro no hay como llegar si no tienes movilización propia. Ni si quiera esta cerca del metro, hay que tomar taxi ida y vuelta para llegar a la estación de metro más cercana, con un costo minimo de 40 euros diarios. EL hotel es buenisimo. Habitaciones limpias y acojedoras. El servicio de habitacion y comida excelentes. Sugerencia : tengan servicio gratuito de acercamiento al metro de esa manera mejoraran la puntuación.

Este hotel es una buena opción para quedarse en Roma. Está como a 25 minutos de la ciudad en carro. Pero el hotel es cómodo y el staff muy amable. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y el desayuno ofrecido es bueno y completo.

En el lado positivo, la atención de los empleados es buena. Las habitaciones estan nuevas y limpias. Buena cama y ducha.En elneutro, es un hotel bastante básico. Si vas buscando lujos te equivocas totalmente. Nada de amenities o minibar en la habitación. Esto es así, no se puede dar comopunto negativo algo que es claramente una caracteristica de la cadena de hoteles. Una piedra es una piedra y una piña una piña...En el negativo, lo más importante es que el hotel esta en el quinto infierno de cualquier lugar. Lo que te ahorres en hotel te lo gastas en taxis si no tienes coche. Segundo, el desayuno es penoso, y para edto no es excusa la categoría del hotel. Hay 3 cosas para desayunar ysiempre faltan 2 porque se acaban y no las reponen. Las calidades de los productos son justitas y se nota. El servicio de cenas del hotel es también pobre, dado que el hotel esta en medio de la nada es probable que te toque usarlo. Pocas opciones, poca comida y precios altos. Además, al menos en mi caso, solo habia una persona atendiendo que hacia lo que podía pero estaba desbordada. Total, 45 minutos esperando unos espaguetis que no lo merecian.

El lugar es bonito, limpio, nuevo,..... peeeero si vienes de a conocer Roma turisticamente.... ESTA LEJOS DE TOOOOODO. El taxi a la terminal de metro mas cercana te cuesta entre 20 y 25 €... es decir casi 45 € diarios ida y vuelta... NO HAY NAAAAADA interesante cerca del hotel... esta en medio de la nada. Es buena su ubicacion tal vez en cuanto a zona industrial. SI VIENES DE TURISTA NO TE HOSPEDES AQUI

We stay there for 3 nights because we do not want to stay in city center. Perfect for our family. They have sofa bed and the rooms are reasonable size. Toilet are clean and everything is still new...
