“Really enjoyed our stay at Iberostar. My only complaint is that the check-in process was a little slow. Just seems that it takes very long to check but once you finish the check-in process, the rest is 5 stars.
The front desk staff, bar staff, maintenance, and the cleaners were all super friendly. The drinks were great, the food was great. The main buffet that's open all day has a nice selection and some of the food changes daily while others are available every day.
The pool is huge and there's a lot of space to swim. The bar by the pool is great though strange that they require a mask in order to get a drink even though we're outside and there's some distance between the bartenders and yourselves. This was not even an inconvenience but just want the people reading this to know beforehand.
We had a room with a king size bed. The bed was comfortable and as well as the pillows. The refrigerator had only two beers in it and it was refilled daily. It would have been nice if there were a few more beers in there per day, like a six pack. Doesn't really matter because you can get beer anywhere.
The bars are very spread out so you're never too far from a drink. There's a bar right across from the lobby reception, there's one by the pool, you can get drinks at the buffet, then towards the back there's also another smaller buffet with a bar, and on the beach to the right, there's also another bar.”

“Went to celebrate my birthday! My mom and I had the best time! The staff was amazing, food was good and everything was safe and clean. We had a minor ant problem, but the hotel quickly took care of that. Wifi all through the hotel and rooms. Again, we thank the staff for the amazing stay. Definitely a 5 star experience, we can’t wait to go back!”
