“This was my first time at this resort with my family (4 adults and 1 toddler). I have never stayed at a family friendly resort and I have to say I am pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed myself. The food is great, very attentive and polite staff, rooms are clean and the general areas of the resort are very clean.The negatives: check in process was longer than any of my other times at an all inclusive resort; the line for the grilled food outside by the pool could get very long; the two pools connect with the lobby and the lobby floors get slippery if you’re wet so you need to be extra careful. I stayed a full week Mon-Mon so I got to see what the hotel offered each day. There are 4 restaurants (healthy food, Mexican, Asian, and Italian) as well as a taco window on the beach, grilled food (hamburgers, chicken and shrimp skewers) by the pool, and taco station by the pool. There is another pool that has a couple slides for toddlers and children ages 5-12. There is also food outside that area too. I will definitely be back with my family and recommend this resort!”

“We had such an amazing experience at this hotel since the moment we checked it until the moment we checked out. The absolute highlight of this place is the staff, they are extremely kind and they really take care of you. The food is delicious and varied, the rooms are spacious and clean, the pool and the beach are always being cleaned and organized. This is honestly a perfect place for families, couples, friends, they have activities for everyone. They are extremely accommodating and will go above and beyond to make your stay great. Will be back and will be recommending this hotel to all our friends!”
