“They said there were no day passes so we paid for a 1 night stay. When we were in our room we tried to order room service the man kept hanging up on us. Then they disconnected our phone. Then, another couple walked into our room. We went to the front desk and the told us they double booked our room. Then we returned to our room and our room keys were no longer functioning. We returned to the lobby and spoke with a man named Jenry and he was very rude. He stated since we did not lose anything then it wasn’t a big deal that someone came in our room. He “reprogrammed the key” and sent us with maintenance. Maintenance took off on a bike and told us to wait for transportation back to the room since it was late. When we went to wait for transportation Adolfo allowed another family in front of us told us to wait and just left. We had to wait another 30 minutes for transportation. When we returned to the room a second time the room key was still ineffective. We then walked all the way to the lobby because there was no longer transportation because it was so late. When we got back in the lobby we spoke with David. David was very kind a apologetic. David actually fixed our problem. The next morning we spoke with Freddy and Freddy apologized profusely and gave us a day pass as compensation. For this to be a five star resort and have such poor seeing is absurd. I do not recommend staying here.”

“Resort maravilhoso, com excelente estrutura eótimo atendimento.O quarto Bangalow é amplo, bem decorado, um lindo benheiro e possuiuma bela sacada para a piscina e praia.Os restaurantes são luxuosos e a comida deliciosa.Recomendo muito o hotel para família, casal e grupos de amigos.Possui muitas atividades, música na praia e à noite no lobby. Excelente resort.”
