“I am extremely disappointed in the service we experienced here. We asked for the basic necessities such as housekeeping and clean towels, but there was no action. The front desk staff said they would take care of it but never did.”

“Upon arrival we had to ask for pillows 3 times, then music drummed outside until 4am. They were holding a "private event" they refused to refund room so we could move hotels. The staff was unfriendly and rude and I would NEVER recommend anyone stay there.”
