Le camere sono dotate di TV LCD a schermo piatto (canali via satellite e connessione iPod e portatile), scrivania, minibar e accesso a Internet wireless gratuito. Per assicurare comfort e convenienza, tutte le camere sono dotate di riscaldamento e climatizzatore autonomi, bagno con asciugacapelli, specchio cosmetico, vasca, doccia e accessori per il bagno. “Summary: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for terrific value, new, upgraded, fresh rooms & bath, good beds and bedding. Proximity depends on where you are planning to visit. Context: I am used to exceptional service and upgraded suites and rooms owed largely to the Platinum or equivalent status at various 4 to 7 star top hotels! This visit to Rome was on short notice, and i couldn't get a room at my usual brands. This is a good sign, people have started traveling again, and hopefully it stays that way. Notes: I was not previously familiar with the brand, but was pleasantly surprised. As summed up above, they definitely beat my expectations especially considering the price of the rooms were quite reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised from the moment i walked into the lobby, a warm greeting by the staff, clean fresh room and bath. I will say, not much of a view but the beds were good and firm with few pillow options for a good night's sleep. The continental breakfast was also reasonably good considering.”

“Today I had an early check-in (09.00) and I’m only staying for one night. In the price breakfast is included but since I’m leaving for the airport early tomorrow morning I asked the receptionist/breakfast hostess if I could have my breakfast today since I won’t have the time to have breakfast tomorrow morning in the hotel, since I’ll have it in the airport instead. The hotel staff said it was impossible to change the breakfast to and proposed that I could pay 17 euro if I wanted to have breakfast this morning! We had a discussion about this matter for about 5 minutes until I eventually gave up, and said that this was an unbelievably bad welcoming of their part to a newly arrived guest at the hotel. I don’t buy it at all that they can’t change the day of breakfast, “where there is a will, there’s a way.” I did not appreciate the attitude, especially not from the breakfast hostess. I expected a way better service from a 4 star hotel. Would not recommend!”
