Super mala la experiencia, quise ir al bar Celeste y llegué con 2 personas más, a las 6pm, no había reserva, era por orden de llegada. Paso media hora y no nos hacían subir y nos quedamos esperando en el hall del hotel donde hay un rastaurante, entonces pedimos unos tragos mientras nos llamaban. Paso 1 hora y 45 y nada. Deberían aceptar reservas y no engañar a la gente y hacer q consuman lo del restaurante que está en el hall, ni más.

Localizada no distrito comercial de San Isidro, a propriedade está lindamente decorada, desde o lobby até os quartos de hóspedes.Tem um restaurante muito bom, um bar no terraço, uma piscina, um ginásio.Os quartos são espaçosos, decorados com bom gosto, a roupa de cama é ultra confortável. Uma cafeteira está disponível.Os funcionários são atenciosos e sorridentes.O pequeno-almoço é excelente.Uma estadia agradável.

En cuanto a precios se refiere, S/785 (incluido impuestos) por una noche. Este precio contempla desayuno buffet con algunas opciones de la carta. El servicio es un tema aparte; la atención no es la mejor, no hay información precisa y muy rara vez rápida.Me tope con una de las más desagradables experiencias que he tenido en cuanto a servicio, con el encargado de reservas del Bar en recepción. Un trato inaceptable, lleno de desdén y arrogancia. Una mezcla absurda de racismo, altanería y demás. Repudiable en absoluto.Lo que alza mi puntaje es la atención en el restaurante. Desde los mozos hasta la jefe de salón: A1.

Atención de excelente calidad. Personal comprometido con hacerte pasar una estadía inolvidable, siempre dispuestos a resolver cualquier solicitud. Habitaciones muy amplias y acogedoras, que te hacen sentir que irte no es una opción. Tienen obras de arte distribuidas en todo el hotel y habitaciones, lo que te hace sentir que vas por una galería mientras transitas por los pasillos Sólo mejoría la ofertade canales.

Rooms are good size and it is comfortable. Staff are friendly. However the food was not to my liking. Nothing is simple. They take something that should be simple and try to jazz it up bit but invariably fail miserably. I got the feeling that they tried too hard. Like they have watched too many cookery shows.

Had a conference at the hotel and the meeting room was very nice. All staff were actively serving visitors. Also it has a nice roof top bar where there's an outdoor swimming pool. Service was very good at the bar.

The concierge was very accommodating when we got in at 3am. They have food 24hrs for people like us that get in the middle of the night. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of foods. Some of the foods were a little on the colder side but still delicious. Lots of fruits and cold cuts. All different types of coffees, latte, etc. Are included in the breakfast buffet.

5 Stars. For real. The hotel is modern, clean, and very nice but seriously the real attraction here is the staff. I've been to much higher-rated hotels around the world and can count on one hand the places that have staff as friendly as the Hyatt Centric. Jesus & Fabian, and so many others on the restaurant side. Henry on the hotel side - seriously everyone at this place is like the best friend you did not know you had. The hotel itself is gorgeous and brand new. We had a Jr. Suite which was very large, the gym is good sized w/ plenty of options. Food in the restaurant is great, they have their own bakery and the bread shows it. There's a CEVICHE DAY, which I mean seriously, do you need anything else? I wish I could live here.
