“Thank you BLANCA for your amazing customer service during my stay. Friendly, personable, and patient! Whatever pillows those are are AMAZING! I loved them so much I called trying to get the brand name but unfortunately no one could tell me. It was a VERY MERRY WEED fest there on the first floor that I stayed. The entire floor reeked of marijuana. After switching floors, it was much better however. My only issue was that I kept being charged additional fees and no one could give me a clear answer as to what they were. To date I still haven’t gotten an answer and funds are still tied up, although the auto concierge did state a whole 7-10 business days before I’d get any unused funds returned. Just rather long considering it took them 2 seconds to swipe my card and authorize the funds. I’d consider staying again though.”
