“We had a great stay here. The staff is very attentive and so so nice. Upon our arrival we felt welcomed and received champagne while checking in. As you walk in you can see the gorgeous view in the lobby. I highly recommend the ME+ option as we had a concierge, Paulina assigned to us for all of our needs at any time of the day. I was able to text Paulina when I had silly questions, but no question is silly to her. She always replied quickly, so it was super convenient. Our room was cleaned every day, which was not something I was expecting. The security here is awesome and so are the bell boys. We felt very safe here and they made it very easy for us to get a taxi if needed. Downtown is nearby, so is walkable. I would highly recommend this hotel.”

“The most perfect holiday we have ever had! We stayed here with 5 other couples and the service; the team, the atmosphere was incredible. We spent 7 nights here and don’t want to leave! Paulina was our assistant and was available at all times, to cater to anything we needed which was also a huge bonus and incredibly helpful for our trip. Thank you, we will absolutely be back!”
