“The rooms very extremely small and the bathroom door didn't even lock. The elevator lights weren't even working for a few days, and it was extremely dark in there. The hotel service is so slow. We called in someone to clean the bathroom and they took 2 days to come. The complementary breakfast was ok. We were diamond members of Hilton, which means we could check out after 12. But they wouldn't let us, saying they were "shortstaffed". I've been to a few Hilton hotels before, but this one wasn't as good as those.”

“The facility is new, and you can still smell fresh paint in some places. The place is clean & modern, and the staff is courteous and attentive to all your needs. I have stayed here several times since moving from my rental house, and will definitely stay again!”
