“El hotel se acaba de construir, abrió en abril, no un mes, el servicio de habitaciones era horrible, el microondas no funcionaba, no lo proporcionaron hasta dos días después. Le informamos a la señora que queríamos el servicio de habitaciones y no volvió. Tuvimos que llamar y pedir pañuelos para la habitación. David y Andrea brindan un excelente servicio en el comedor del desayuno. Eran hermosos. Un hermoso lugar pobre servicio al huésped de parte del personal. .”

“The rooms very extremely small and the bathroom door didn't even lock. The elevator lights weren't even working for a few days, and it was extremely dark in there. The hotel service is so slow. We called in someone to clean the bathroom and they took 2 days to come. The complementary breakfast was ok. We were diamond members of Hilton, which means we could check out after 12. But they wouldn't let us, saying they were "shortstaffed". I've been to a few Hilton hotels before, but this one wasn't as good as those.”
