“It’s our second day here, and we already encountered numerous issues. WATCH OUT!!
1. The pictures advertised on their website are NO WHERE CLOSE to the actual view of the in room. At this point, I’d say it’s a scam. We had the diamond head view room. Look yourself. Set your expectations.
2. The check in line was long and slow. Try calling in after check in to avoid the line? Good luck. It took us four phone calls to talk to someone.
3. The room sound proof doesn’t exists!!!! This is the biggest deal breaker for us. We had a baby staying next door. Barely slept in our first night. They replaced us with a Mountain View room although we expressed that we prefer ocean view. Our vacation is ruined because of lack of sleep.
4. There lobby seems okay. Haven’t have chance to check out other places. But the furniture in the room is wrecked.
Overall, set your expectations right. Hope you all have fun in Hawaii.”

Vou listar os contras e depois os prós, pois acredito em avaliações transparentes, neutras e não tendenciosas.CONTRAS: - carpete velho, nojento e sujo nos corredores dos quartos em cada andar - enormes taxas ocultas (arrumação $ 40 por limpeza, $ 40 taxa de aluguel de espreguiçadeiras para a área da piscina, $ 400 aluguel de cabanas à beira da piscina, $ 35 café da manhã não incluído no quarto conforme anunciado) - atualização falsa. Reservei uma vista parcial para o mar, quarto em andar alto, e eles explicaram que me mudaram gratuitamente para uma vista para o mar. Eles mentiram e me deram o mesmo quarto que reservei, pois não puderam provar em qual quarto me reservaram antes do upgrade. - O frigobar estava com defeito e a porta não ficava fechada, fazendo com que perdêssemos muitos itens perecíveis. - A área da piscina é "reservada" após as 19h e impossível encontrar um lugar livre para sentar. - Cama era mais velha, colchões de molas, não pillow top ou confortável para um resort de 5 estrelas. - NÃO é um resort de 5 estrelas como a maioria dos sites de viagens afirmam ser.PRÓS: - Funcionários simpáticos e simpáticos. - Vistas decentes, pois a maioria dos hotéis ao redor tem vista para outros hotéis. - Centralmente localizado em Waikiki, fácil de chegar a qualquer lugar de lá.Faça sua pesquisa, compare tarifas, procure taxas ocultas, atualize itens, saiba o que realmente está incluído em seu hotel ou resort.”
